The Czech Republic is very photogenic from the air – Karlstein, Cesky Krumlov, Ceske Budejovice, Palava, Jested and many other places which I am still just planning to discover and photograph.
One problem of travel by a sport aircraft in the Czech Republic (as well as in many other European countries) is the (non)availability of local transport and services at the small airports. Also, most of the airports have grass runways which poses a problem in the Spring and after the rains. The quality of the airports and the services they provide depends to a great degree on the personalities of the local aero clubs managements. As a result it is varying greatly from airport to airport.
