This article focuses on a 10 day aerial trip in a Cirrus SR20 which took us over Botswana, Tanzania, Namibia and South Africa, the Kalahari desert, Victoria falls, Okawango delta, Namib desert, Etosha National Park, Fish River Canyon and other beautiful places. The journey was made more exciting by a lack of fuel, engine oil and strange weather on the Atlantic coast. The same trip is also a focus of three other articles – "Flight over Africa from the other seat" and "Flight over the Victoria Falls", "Botswana according to Mr Paroubek" and "A verification of the Dr Holub´s map of the Victoria Falls".
